  Are your LED Bulbs dimmable?

  customer reply:Our Chandelier-X5 targeted for Deluxe Chandeliers and Classic Crystal Lamps which equipped mostly E14 base, thus, it may not be easy to make dimmable version; yet for our Bubble 40, 45, 50, 60mm Round-shape series, the bases are E27 or B22 mostly, we are testing our dimmable and ‘remote control’ versions at this time being.

  There are many different looks of LED Candle Bulbs (C35) in the market already, why to buy Chandelier-X5 Bulb?

  customer reply:If one look at our X5 closely, one will notice that it has the Unique Design over others; X5 can create ‘Sparkle’ or ‘Flame’ light effects same as the obsolete Incandescent 25W. X3 lights beam the crystal directly (unlike many other Bulbs all lights are sitting on heat-sink and beam through a plastic media); thus X5 got the excellent features no others can compare.

  Chandelier-X5 Bulb lifespan only 20,000 hours, is that too short?

  customer reply:X5 is targeted for Crystal Lamp Industry thus it is a consumer/household item, it is fair to compare 20,000hrs X3 to Incandescent Bulb 25W 2,000hrs; which is already 10 times longer lifespan. In addition, the overall features of X5 is out-weighted the banned Incandescent Bulb. (20,000hrs if use 12 hours a day means 4.5 years of lifespan which is logically acceptable by end-users)

  customer reply:Rayleich is a fast-response manufacturer and we know there are high demands for 5-12W LED bulbs with 360 degree illumination feature. Rayleich is good at Chip Encapsulation, therefore, we will have higher wattage versions to launch out globally very soon.

  What color temperature is the best to look like international brand name Incandescent Bulbs?

  customer reply:our overseas buyers confirmed to us in recent months that our 3000K is INDENTICAL to the color given by Incandescents, yet some classic environment requires more yellowish 2700K. For milky white bulbs, our standard color temperature is 6500K.
